What is Industrial Display (LFD)?
Industrial display referred to as LFD display is the abbreviation for Large Format Display.
LFD, which is an industrial display is the display type that differs from normal television and monitors produced especially for areas with Digital Signage features; such as schools, entertainment centers, public institutions, reception desks, advertising presentations, showcases, Meeting rooms.
LFDs are thin-edged, flat-paneled displays, designed to enable businesses or organizations to display messages, advertisements, information and presentations to clients and visitors, on a better quality source. Conjoined by these features, a more elegant appearance is created.
Industrial LFD Displays are available in sizes ranging from 10 inches to 90 inches. Displays can be used separately or together. The combination of LFD displays forms large video walls called Videowall.
Differences Between Standard Home TVs and Industrial LFD Displays
LFD displays can be manufactured with high brightness possibility, but normal TVs have a limited scale of brightness They also maintain their brightness for a longer period of time than normal TVs. Thus, they are more durable.
LFD (Industrial Display) has the feature of being operated either vertically or horizontally, but when the TVs are operated vertically, the panel starts to become deformed. These deformations do not occur on LFDs.
